1. Product Finishes

All Spitra kitchen sinks are crafted using high-quality materials and are available in various finishes, including Stainless Steel, Matt Black, Stone textures and more.

Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography. These differences shall not be considered a product defect.

Over time, finishes may naturally age depending on cleaning methods, usage, water hardness, and exposure to chemicals. Spitra recommends only using mild soap-based cleaners to maintain the finish.

Claims related to wear and tear, discoloration from improper cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals will not be entertained under warranty.

2. Dimensions & Tolerances

All dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.

Tolerances of ±3% on dimensions are acceptable and shall not be treated as defects.

Customers are advised to verify all measurements before cutting countertops or making permanent installations.

Spitra is not liable for issues arising from incorrect installations based on assumed dimensions.

3. Customization

For bulk orders or project-based requirements, customized sizes may be offered. Once approved, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Product Updates

Spitra reserves the right to make design or specification changes without prior notice, in line with ongoing improvements and innovations.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Our sinks are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects, excluding surface finish changes due to external factors.

Finish damage caused by abrasive cleaning tools, bleach, strong acids, or alkaline substances is not covered.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and installing a Spitra sink, you agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge the nature of finishes and dimensional tolerances as standard industry practice.
